Common use of Exhibitions Clause in Contracts

Exhibitions. By entering the Prize, the Entrant grants The Xxxxxx permission to display or exhibit their Portrait, or a print or digital reproduction of their Portrait at any time during the Exhibition Period: (a) in an exhibition of selected Finalists for the Prize at AGWA or such other venue as The Xxxxxx xxx, in its absolute discretion, determine (Main Exhibition);‌ (b) at other venues in exhibitions of all or some of the Finalists for the Prize following the close of the Main Exhibition, for a period of up to three months (Subsequent Exhibitions); and‌ (c) in a digitally printed exhibition of Portraits selected from those which have not been selected for the Main Exhibition (which may be entitled the "Salon des Refusés" or the "Semi-Finalists" or such other exhibition name as The Xxxxxx chooses) at a venue and for a time period designated by The Xxxxxx in its absolute discretion (Digital Exhibition).‌
