Common use of EXHIBITOR CREDENTIALS Clause in Contracts

EXHIBITOR CREDENTIALS. CNPDAS will issue Exhibitor up to six (6) vendor passes and two (2) vehicle passes to designated personnel organizing and working the Exhibit Space. The Vendor passes permit Exhibitor personnel to access the Exhibitor Space prior to and after normal gate hours. Vehicle passes permit the vehicle to be driven on the show grounds to the Exhibitor area to drop-off/pick-up products for the Exhibitor Space. All vehicles are subject to security searches and must be removed from the show site 15 minutes prior to the gate opening and will not be permitted back on-site until 6:15 PM on show days. All vehicles are to be moved to the C-Lot (see site layout). Personnel can access the show grounds from the C-Lot xxx Xxxx 0 (see site layout).
