Common use of EXHIBITOR SERVICES Clause in Contracts

EXHIBITOR SERVICES. To ensure the configuration of a smooth installation, dismantling and operation during the Exhibition, an Official Contractor will be appointed. Although full-time employees of an Exhibitor-Appointed Contractor, other than the Official Contractor may be authorized to gain access to the exhibition areas, exhibitors are urged to obtain required labor and services from the URTeC Official Contractor.
