Common use of Exhibits Included Clause in Contracts

Exhibits Included. A. Exhibit A, Engineer’s Services for Service Order. Services, tasks, and terms in Exhibit A as included with this Agreement are for reference in preparing the scope of services for specific Service Orders, and are contractually binding only to the extent expressly incorporated in a specific Service Order.
