Existing Buildings - Inspections. The Fire District shall cause all schools, industrial and commercial establishments within the City to be inspected on a periodic basis by qualified personnel in accordance with Section F -106.1 of the Fire Code. New construction projects in existing buildings, including tenant finish and remodel projects, will be reviewed and inspected subject to Fire District staff availability. Inspection of construction project s in existing buildings will be in accordance with the standards set forth in this Agreement. Inspection of existing buildings shall be done in cooperation with City.
