Code Enforcement. Fire District shall make available to residents of the City technical and fire protection advice. Fire District personnel shall be advised of and shall be familiar with and assist in the enactment and enforcement of the City of Overland Park fire code and such other related ordinances and policies of the City as may be enacted relating to fire protection. Fire Department enforcement activity shall include, but not be limited to, issuing notices to appear, appearing at City Council meetings, committee meetings, and meetings of City Boards and Commissions when necessary to effectuate the purposes of said ordinance. The Fire Department shall conduct fire code inspections and perform plan reviews as set forth in this Agreement. The City recognizes that code enforcement staff shall have the authority of City officers pursuant to City Operating Procedure 203 and Charter Ordinance No. 60.
Code Enforcement. Borrower acknowledges and agrees that Governmental Lender and the City of Anaheim and their employees and authorized agents shall have the right to conduct code compliance and/or code enforcement inspections of the Apartment Complex and the individual units, both exterior and interior, at reasonable times and upon reasonable notice (not less than 48 hours prior notice) to Borrower and/or an individual tenant. If such notice is provided by Governmental Lender or City representative(s) to Borrower, then Borrower (or its Property Manager) shall immediately and directly advise tenant of such upcoming inspection and cause access to the area(s) and/or units on the Apartment Complex to be made available and open for inspection. Borrower shall include express advisement of such inspection rights within the lease/rental agreements for each Housing Unit in the Apartment Complex in order for each and every tenant and tenant household to be aware of this inspection right.
Code Enforcement. Costs incurred for inspection for code violations and enforcement of codes (e.g., salaries and related expenses of code enforcement inspectors and legal proceedings, but not including the cost of correcting the violations) in deteriorating or deteriorated areas when such enforcement together with public or private improvements, rehabilitation, or services to be provided may be expected to arrest the decline of the area.
Code Enforcement. This Agreement does not provide for any code enforcement services, civil or criminal.
Code Enforcement. Developer acknowledges and agrees that Agency and Agency’s employees and authorized agents shall have the right to conduct code compliance and/or code enforcement inspections of the Project and the individual units, both exterior and interior, during normal business hours and upon reasonable notice (not less than 24 hours prior notice) to Developer and/or an individual tenant. If such notice is provided by Agency representative(s) to Developer, then Developer (or its Property Manager) shall immediately and directly advise tenant of such upcoming inspection and cause access to the area(s) and/or units on the Project to be made available and open for inspection. Developer shall include express advisement of such inspection rights within the approved lease/rental agreements for each Housing Unit in the Project in order for each and every tenant and tenant household to be aware of this inspection right.
Code Enforcement. The Town will assist the Fire District in enforcing the Town Fire Code within the Town's jurisdiction. The Fire District will assist the Town in enforcing the Town's building, mechanical, and electrical codes, as adopted and from time to time amended by the Town, within the Town's jurisdiction. As provided in the Special District Act, the Fire District shall refer a Town Fire Code violation or a suspected person to the Town prosecutor for prosecution in the Lyons Municipal Court, or to the District Attorney for Boulder County for prosecution in the County or District Courts. The Town also may request that the Fire District prosecute an enforcement action in Boulder County District Court, utilizing the Fire District's legal counsel.

Code Enforcement. The City shall strengthen its efforts to protect properties from demolition. The City of Richmond shall work actively with Code Enforcement and Building Officials to develop a list of properties identified in the Resource Inventory with active code enforcement violations and shall bi-annually report these findings to the SHPO.
Code Enforcement. Unless this agreement is modified, the City shall have sole responsibility for Code Enforcement within their area of jurisdiction. The County agrees to provide the City with all information necessary and held by the County and to cooperate fully in any City investigation and enforcement proceedings.
Code Enforcement. 10.1 BSO shall provide Code Enforcement and Parking Enforcement Services in accordance with the CITY’s code, charter, policies and procedures. The CITY utilizes their own City Special Magistrate to enforce its code of ordinances and the CITY intends to continue this procedure.
10.2 The CITY shall be responsible for the following Code Enforcement functions:
a) rental housing inspections;
b) building inspections;
c) liens, lien collections and fine collections; Payments for code, parking violation can be collected at the district office and the monies will be transferred to the City
10.3 BSO will have access to all CITY records relevant to code enforcement research, including, but not limited to, building permits and plans, sign permits, development and site plans and occupational license records.
10.4 The CITY’s attorney will advise BSO Code Enforcement personnel assigned to the CITY on Code related issues. The District Chief or designee will contact the City Attorney through the Director of Administrative Services with regard to such issue. BSO Code Enforcement personnel will have an open line of communication to the CITY’s attorney with regard to such issues. Code enforcement will work collaboratively with City Staff and individual HOA’s to attempt to resolve violations.
