Common use of Existing Business Relationship Clause in Contracts

Existing Business Relationship. There exists no actual or threatened termination, cancellation or limitation of, or any adverse modification or change in, the business relationship of any Borrower with any supplier, customer or group of customers which, individually or in the aggregate, would have a Material Adverse Effect. 4.11.
