Common use of Existing Condition of the Land and Improvements Clause in Contracts

Existing Condition of the Land and Improvements. NAI is familiar with the conditions of the Land and any existing Improvements on the Land. NAI will have no claim for damages against BNPPLC or for an increase in the Construction Allowance or for an extension of the deadline specified in subparagraph 2(A)(2)(a) for completing the Work by reason of any condition (concealed or otherwise) of or affecting the Land or Improvements.
