Existing Entities. 3. Provide the Clerk with a copy of the ordinance or resolution stating that the Public Entity will participate in the Election in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement. The ordinance or resolution will authorize the presiding officer of the Public Entity or other designated person to execute this Agreement.
