Existing Entitlements, Consolidated Funds and Scholarships. The parties acknowledge that a range of professional development entitlements exist across the DHBs and include consolidated funds, individual entitlements and non-specified provisions. The grants, scholarships, reimbursement and leave practices in existence prior to 1 October 2008 shall continue in place in DHBs where they apply.
