Existing Facilities Inventory Services. (i) Project Co shall be responsible for providing inventory services at the Existing Facilities and in connection with providing such services Project Co shall be responsible for the following: (A) conducting an on-site inventory of all furniture, fixtures, and equipment identified in Section 21.5(b)(ii) located at the Existing Facilities at the times determined by the FF&E Steering Committee and documenting the inventory results in a detailed spreadsheet; (B) after completion of the on-site inventory pursuant to Section 21.5(b)(i)(A), rating the existing condition of the inventoried FF&E items to determine which items may be re-used at the Facility; (C) identifying all specialized FF&E items located at the Existing Facilities that are required at the Facility to enable the performance of Courthouse Activities and HMQ FM Services; (D) after completion of the on-site inventory pursuant to Section 21.5(b)(i)(A), physically tagging all inventoried items and linking the tag code with the spreadsheet and the key plans; (E) preparing and providing key plans to indicate existing location of each inventoried item and coordinating the tag code with the key plans; (F) providing a column in the inventory spreadsheet indicating the Facility space code associated with the inventoried FF&E items; (G) reviewing all Facility floor layouts to determine where inventoried FF&E items can be suitably used in the Facility, and reviewing same with HMQ, MAG and the FF&E Steering Committee; (H) liaising with local MAG managers and supervisors to accurately document information related to current users of each FF&E item at the Existing Facilities, and obtaining information identifying which FF&E items are operationally required for re-use; (I) on the date determined by the FF&E Steering Committee, provide a recommendation to HMQ and MAG for each inventoried item and categorize it into one of the following three groups: (I) Recommended for transfer to the Facility in current condition; (II) Recommended for transfer to the Facility but requires refurbishment, and provide a budget estimate for refurbishment and recommendation for temporary replacement of Category 2 FF&E, and provide a budget estimate for temporary replacement; or (III) Not recommended for transfer to the Facility, (J) on the date determined by the FF&E Steering Committee, providing a draft Existing Facilities Inventory Report summarizing the recommendations in Section 21.5(b)(i)(I), containing such other information a...
