Project Co FF&E Responsibilities Clause Samples

The 'Project Co FF&E Responsibilities' clause defines the obligations of the project company (Project Co) regarding the supply, installation, and maintenance of furniture, fixtures, and equipment (FF&E) within a project. This clause typically outlines the specific types of FF&E that Project Co must provide, the standards or specifications they must meet, and the timelines for delivery and installation. By clearly assigning responsibility for FF&E, the clause ensures that all necessary items are provided to meet project requirements and helps prevent disputes over scope or quality of furnishings and equipment.
