Common use of Existing Facilities Clause in Contracts

Existing Facilities. The Global Administrative Agent shall have received a certificate, signed by an Authorized Officer of Borrower, stating that Borrower or its Subsidiaries have repaid in full and terminated the Existing Global Credit Facilities concurrently with the effectiveness of the Combined Credit Agreements.
