If the Generation Facility is sold to a new legal entity, a new Interconnection Agreement must be executed by the new legal entity prior to the interconnection or for the continued interconnection of the Generating Facility to the Utility’s system. The Utility shall not withhold or delay the execution of an Interconnection Agreement with the new owner provided the Generation facility or proposed Generation facility complies with requirements of 6.
