Common use of Existing Leases or Contracts Clause in Contracts

Existing Leases or Contracts. Conserving Party shall be responsible for compliance with the terms, covenants and conditions of any existing leases, sub-leases, and/or contracts affecting the Participating Field, and shall defend, indemnify and hold IID harmless from any and all claims by third parties for damages allegedly related to this Agreement or to the performance thereof.
