Common use of Existing Litigation Clause in Contracts

Existing Litigation. Existing Litigation" shall mean all pending or threatened litigation, audit inquiries, charges, workers compensation claims, claims for bodily injury, product warranty claims, arbitrations, governmental investigations or proceedings, citations and legal actions of any kind, all of which are listed and briefly described on the Disclosure Schedule.

Existing Litigation. “Existing Litigation" ” shall mean all pending or or, to the Knowledge of Seller, threatened litigationsuits, audit inquiries, internal investigations, charges, workers compensation claims, claims for bodily injury, product warranty claims, litigation, grievances, arbitrations, proceedings, governmental investigations or proceedingsregulatory investigations, citations and legal other claims and actions of any kind, all kind to which MMG or the Subsidiary is a party or by which any of which are listed and briefly described on the Disclosure Scheduletheir owned or leased assets or properties is bound.
