Common use of Existing Maintenance Standards Clause in Contracts

Existing Maintenance Standards. Each Participating TO shall provide to the CAISO, as set forth in Appendix C hereto: (1) the Participating TO's standards for inspection, maintenance, repair, and replacement of its facilities under the CAISO's Operational Control; and (2) information, notices, or reports regarding the Participating TO’s compliance with the inspection, maintenance, repair, and replacement standards set forth in Appendix C hereto.
