Existing Pipelines Clause Samples

Existing Pipelines. The term “existing pipelines” used within the terms of this Addendum is limited to a constructed pipeline already completed.
Existing Pipelines. Where new pipeline parallels or crosses existing pipelines the Contractor shall take precautions as necessary to ensure that such existing pipelines are not disturbed. Any damage to existing pipelines shall be promptly repaired at the Contractor's expense. Pipeline crossing permits will be obtained by the Owner.
Existing Pipelines. The Environmental Report discloses that there are two pipelines on the Mortgaged Property owned by ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇ and Conoco ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ which have been used to transport crude oil and more recently, natural gas. In the event that during development and construction of the Improvements on the Land any evidence of release of petroleum or hydrocarbons on the Land is discovered or encountered in the soil, Borrower shall (i) promptly notify Lender of such discovery, (ii) conduct any further testing of the Mortgaged Property necessary to identify the nature and extent of contamination of the Mortgaged Property by such Hazardous Substances and (iii) promptly commence and pursue without delay such corrective action as is necessary under Applicable Environmental Laws to remove and dispose of such Hazardous Substances from the Mortgaged Property in accordance with all Applicable Environmental Laws.
