EXISTING PRIVILEGES. Nothing in the signing of this Agreement shall lower any present wage standard or working conditions, nor shall any employee be deprived of any established and recognized benefits or privileges in excess of, or more advantageous than the contract provisions, but not prior to the signing of this collective agreement, unless otherwise provided herein.
