Existing Products. 1. Hardware - Title and ownership of Existing hardware Products shall pass to Authorized User upon acceptance. 2. Software - Title and ownership to Existing software Products delivered by Contractor under the Contract that is normally commercially distributed on a license basis by the Contractor or other Third-Party Software vendor (“Existing Licensed Product”), whether or not embedded in, delivered or operating in conjunction with hardware or Custom Products, shall remain with Contractor or the Third-Party Software vendor. Effective upon acceptance, such Product shall be licensed to Authorized User in accordance with the Contractor or Third-Party Software vendor’s standard license
