Common use of Existing Substation Expansion Capability Clause in Contracts

Existing Substation Expansion Capability. To the extent a substation in existence as of the Effective Date has as of that date undeveloped space for expansion distribution bays or transmission bays and corresponding line routes, the owning Party of such substation shall make such space available to the other Party for the expansion of such Party’s System provided that such owning Party shall not be obligated to make such space available to the extent such space is needed for planned expansion of the owning Party’s System.
