EXISTING VESSELS OTHER THAN SHIFT TUGS. The Company agrees to upgrade accommodation in existing continuous operated vessels in accordance with the terms laid out in this Section. If in the opinion of the Committee, the accommodation in an existing continuous operating vessel cannot be upgraded to acceptable standards, it shall be treated in accordance with the terms of the Group in which it is classified by the Committee. The Committee will take into consideration the following factors, and MOT Accommodation Regulations in order to classify the vessels within the industry.
