EXIT FOYER / CANOPY. In buildings where the Department of Labor and Industry is the sole tenant and/or occupies first floor space, Xxxxxx agrees to provide exterior exit foyers if requested by lessee. Large canopy or foyer of permanent type construction must be installed at each entrance and exit, in accordance with the general decor of the building, if requested by xxxxxx.
