Common use of Exit Statement Clause in Contracts

Exit Statement. Within 28 Business Days after the end of this lease (however it ends), the Landlord will prepare an Exit Statement and any credit shown on the Exit Statement will be paid to the Tenant as soon as reasonably practicable after the Landlord and the Tenant have agreed the Exit Statement.
