EXPANDED CREW CHANGE LOCATIONS. (1) Subject to the provisions below including the Questions &answers, where implemented, crews may operate within an expanded crew change point up to 20 miles outside the OMTS/designated points to relieve stage or retrieve trains as part of a single tour of duty.
