Shift Changes. When an employee is assigned to a specific shift and that assignment is changed, the employee shall be given seven (7) calendar days’ notice prior to the change.
Shift Changes. Except by agreement between the Employer and the employee concerned, each regular employee will receive two (2) clear off-duty shifts when changing shifts, and at least forty-eight (48) hours off-duty after completing the employee's last night shift.
Shift Changes. The District shall, when permitted by the circumstances, provide an employee with two (2) weeks’ notice of any shift change that alters starting or ending time by more than one (1) hour.

Shift Changes. Requests for changes in posted time schedules must be submitted in writing and co-signed by an employee willing to exchange days off or tours, and requests will not be unreasonably denied.
Shift Changes. Shift changes at the request of an employee or as a result of an exchange of shifts between employees as approved by the Employer shall not result in any overtime payment by the Employer unless they work beyond the regular scheduled hours for that day in the shift exchange.
Shift Changes. The Company shall give an employee twenty-two (22) hours notice of a change in his regular shift pattern. Where such notice is not given, the employee shall be paid at the rate of one and one-half (1 1/2) times for regular hours worked on the first shift following the change. Such hours worked will not be used for the calculation of overtime. Overtime will be paid in accordance with Article 8.07 (a),(b), and (c).
Shift Changes. When it is necessary to change an employee's shift, twenty-four (24) hours prior notice shall be provided. When shifts are being changed there must be a minimum rest period of nine (9) hours between shifts. When an employee does not receive the minimum rest period, the employee shall be paid at overtime rates of pay for all hours worked on the subsequent shift.
