Expansion of the Practice. The Company shall assist the Practice in evaluating and adding additional office space, new Cancer Centers, new office-based procedures and services, and new or additional ancillary or other professional services, as provided for in the Annual Budget or otherwise approved by the Company and the Practice. The Company and the Practice hereby pledge their mutual intention and support for such reasonable expansion of the Practice.
