Common use of Expected Project Costs Clause in Contracts

Expected Project Costs. No Advance of Facility B shall constitute Expected Project Costs only. Any Drawdown Notices for Advances constituting (in part) Expected Project Costs shall be accompanied with invoices or pro-forma estimate invoices itemised in a written inventory each in a form and substance acceptable to the Bank in its sole discretion certified by an officer of the Borrower and presented to the Bank no later than fifteen (15) Banking Days before the relevant Drawdown Date.
