Expedite Service. The Seller shall provide a twenty-four (24) hours-a-day, seven (7) days-a-week Expedite Service to provide for the supply of the relevant Seller Parts available in the Seller’s stock, workshops and assembly line including long lead time spare parts, to the international airport nearest to the location of such part (“the Expedite Service”). Expedite Service. The Seller shall provide a twenty-four (24) hours-a-day, seven (7) days-a-week expedite service to provide for the supply of the relevant Seller Parts available in the EXHIBIT "H" Seller's stock, workshops and assembly line including long lead time spare parts, to the international airport nearest to the location of such part ("EXPEDITE SERVICE"). 3.2.3.1 The Expedite Service is operated in accordance with the "World Airlines and Suppliers' Guide", and the Seller shall notify the Buyer of the action taken to satisfy the expedite within: - four (4) hours after receipt of an AOG Order, - seven (7) days after receipt of an Expedite Order from the Buyer. 3.2.3.2 The Seller shall deliver Seller Parts requested on an Expedite basis against normal orders placed by the Buyer, or upon telephone or telex requests by the Buyer's representatives. Such telephone or telex requests shall be confirmed by subsequent Buyer's orders for such Seller Parts within a reasonable time.

Accordingly, the Seller will notify the Buyer of the action taken to effect the Expedite Service as follows: (a) four (4) hours after receipt of an AOG order, (b) twenty-four (24) hours after receipt of a critical order (imminent AOG or work stoppage), (c) seven (7) days after receipt of an expedite order from the Buyer. The Seller and its subcontractors will deliver Seller Parts requested on expedite basis against normal orders previously placed by the Buyer or upon requests by telephone or telex by the Buyer's representatives, such requests to be confirmed by the Buyer's subsequent order for such Seller Parts within a reasonable time.

Should the Buyer fail to send such purchase order, the Seller reserves the right to refuse any subsequent purchase orders without receipt of a firm written purchase order.
Expedite Service. In an emergency situation that requires an expedited shipment, Supplier offers Expedite Services upon SWCO's request at no additional charge except that SWCO shall pay for additional expedite freight charges, if any. If the HMP has expired, such expedite service will carry an additional fee of $300 plus freight charges (plus the price of FRU if out of warranty) per FRU.

The Expedite Service shall be operated in accordance with the World Airline Suppliers’ Guide, and the Seller shall notify the Buyer of the action undertaken within the following deadlines: - [CONFIDENTIAL MATERIAL OMITTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT] after receipt of an AOG order, - [CONFIDENTIAL MATERIAL OMITTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT] following receipt of a critical order. - [CONFIDENTIAL MATERIAL OMITTED AND FILED SEPARATELY WITH THE SECURITIES AND EXCHANGE COMMISSION PURSUANT TO A REQUEST FOR CONFIDENTIAL TREATMENT] following receipt of an expedite order issued by the Buyer (Buyer’s stock exhausted). The Seller and its sub-contractors shall deliver the AOG-requested Material by virtue of existing Purchase Orders placed previously by the Buyer or by virtue of Purchase Orders placed by Buyer representatives by telephone, SITA message, e-mail or telefax. These orders shall be confirmed by the Buyer within a reasonable deadline.

Expedite Service. An Expedite Service charge applies when BUYER requests a service date earlier than the currently offered due date. The Expedite Service charge will apply to the service provided under this Agreement and is set forth in the Pricing Addendum. Expedites will be subject to SELLER’s sole discretion and approval in each individual case and may be agreed to by SELLER on a first come, first served basis. The Expedite Service Charge may be combined with an Out of Hours Service Charge, where applicable.
