Expedited Service Clause Samples
Expedited Service. For expedited service requests by the NSP, expedited charges will apply for intervals less than the standard interval. The Expedited Charge is listed in the Pricing Attachment to this Agreement.
Expedited Service. In an emergency situation that requires an expedited shipment, Seller offers Expedite Services upon Customer's request at no additional charge except that Customer shall pay for additional expedited freight charges, if any. Expedited Service. The Seller operates and shall, throughout the Term, continue to operate a twenty-four (24) hour-a-day, seven (7) day-a-week expedited service to supply such Seller Parts as are available in the Seller’s stock, workshops and assembly line, including high-cost/long- lead-time items, to the international airport nearest the location of such items (the “Expedited Service”). The Expedited Service is operated in accordance with the “World Airlines and Suppliers Guide.” Accordingly, the Seller will notify the Buyer of the action taken to affect the Expedited Service as follows:
(a) four (4) hours after receipt of an AOG order,
(b) twenty-four (24) hours after receipt of a critical order (imminent AOG or work stoppage),
(c) seven (7) days after receipt of an expedited order from the Buyer. Spirit Airlines – A320 Family Aircraft LA1-11 The Seller and its subcontractors will promptly deliver Seller Parts requested on an expedited basis against normal orders previously placed by the Buyer or upon requests by telephone or facsimile by the Buyer’s representatives, such requests to be confirmed by the Buyer’s subsequent order for such Seller Parts within a reasonable time.
Expedited Service. Subject to the availability of labor and equipment and at the request of the customer, Expedited Service can be provided. A 15% surcharge of base rate will be applicable at a minimum fee of $150.00 per order.
Expedited Service. As set forth in the Guide, Company will add Surcharges for Expedited Next Day, Same Day, or Sunday/Holiday Service. Except as set forth in an executed Service Order, Company makes no warranty that any Service Item can be returned at any time other than during Service Hours.

Expedited Service. Fire protection plans reviewed in 3 to 5 business days. Building plans reviewed in 5 to 7 business days. Inspections will be scheduled as soon as possible, if applicable. Add 100% to the base plan review fee including inspection fees, if applicable. The review letter will be faxed or e-mailed and plans are returned UPS. FSCI retains the right to extend the review time on large projects for quality assurance.
