EXPEDITING EXPENSE Sample Clauses
The Expediting Expense clause defines the insurer's obligation to cover costs incurred to speed up the repair or replacement of damaged property following a covered loss. This may include expenses for overtime labor, express shipping of parts, or temporary measures that allow operations to resume more quickly than standard repair timelines would permit. The core function of this clause is to minimize business interruption and financial loss by enabling the insured to restore normal operations as rapidly as possible after an insured event.
