Common use of Expenditures by Lenders Clause in Contracts

Expenditures by Lenders. Any costs and reasonable expenses spent or incurred by the Administrative Agent or any Lender in the exercise of any Right under any Credit Document shall be payable by the Borrower to the Administrative Agent within ten Business Days after such Person made demand for payment of such amount from Borrower, accompanied by copies of supporting invoices or statements (if any), shall become part of the Obligations and shall bear interest at the Default Rate from the date spent until the date repaid.
