Common use of Expenditures by Lenders Clause in Contracts

Expenditures by Lenders. Borrower shall promptly pay within fifteen (15) Business Days after request therefor (a) all reasonable costs, fees, and expenses paid or incurred by Administrative Agent and Arranger, incident to any Loan Document (including, but not limited to, the reasonable fees and expenses of counsel to Administrative Agent and Arranger in connection with the negotiation, preparation, delivery, execution, coordination and administration of the Loan Documents and any related amendment, waiver, or consent) and (b) all costs and expenses of Lenders and Administrative Agent incurred by Administrative Agent or any Lender in connection with the enforcement of the obligations of any Loan Party arising under the Loan Documents (including, without limitation, costs and expenses incurred in connection with any workout or bankruptcy) or the exercise of any Rights arising under the Loan Documents (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees, court costs and other costs of collection), all of which shall be a part of the Obligation and shall bear interest at the Default Rate from the date due until the date repaid.

Borrower shall promptly pay within fifteen (15) Business Days after request therefor (a) all reasonable costs, fees, and expenses paid or incurred by Administrative Agent and Lead Arranger, incident to any Loan Document (including, but not limited to, the reasonable fees and expenses of counsel to Administrative Agent and Lead Arranger in connection with the negotiation, preparation, delivery, execution, coordination coordination, and administration of the Loan Documents and any related amendment, waiver, or consent) ), and (b) all reasonable costs and expenses of Lenders and Administrative Agent each Credit Party incurred by Administrative Agent or any Lender such Credit Party in connection with the enforcement of the obligations of any Loan Party Obligor arising under the Loan Documents (including, without limitation, costs and expenses incurred in connection with any workout or bankruptcy) or the exercise of any Rights arising under the Loan Documents (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees, fees including court costs and other costs of collection), all of which shall be a part of the Obligation and shall bear interest at the Default Rate from the date due until the date repaid.

Borrower shall promptly pay within fifteen (15) Business Days after request therefor (a) all reasonable costs, fees, and expenses paid or incurred by Administrative Agent and ArrangerAgent, incident to any Loan Document (including, but not limited to, the reasonable fees and expenses of counsel to Administrative Agent and Arranger in connection with the syndication, negotiation, preparation, delivery, execution, coordination and administration of the Loan Documents and any related amendment, waiver, or consent) and (b) all reasonable costs and expenses of Lenders and Administrative Agent incurred by Administrative Agent or any Lender in connection with the enforcement of the obligations of any Loan Party arising under the Loan Documents (including, without limitation, costs and expenses incurred in connection with any workout or bankruptcy) or the exercise of any Rights arising under the Loan Documents (including, but not limited to, reasonable attorneys' fees, court costs and other costs of collection), all of which shall be a part of the Obligation and shall bear interest at the Default Rate from the date due until the date repaid.
