Common use of Expenditures by Lenders Clause in Contracts

Expenditures by Lenders. Any sums spent by Administrative Agent or any Lender in the exercise of any Right under any Loan Document is payable by the Companies to Administrative Agent within five Business Days after demand, becomes part of the Obligation, and bears interest at the Default Rate from the date spent until the date repaid.
