Common use of Expenditures by Lenders Clause in Contracts

Expenditures by Lenders. Following any Default hereunder, all court costs, reasonable attorneys' fees, other costs of collection, and other sums spent by any Lender pursuant to the exercise of any Right (including any effort to collect or enforce the Notes) provided herein shall be payable by the Borrowers to such Lender on demand, shall become part of the Obligations, and shall bear interest at a rate per annum that is two percent above the Base Rate from the date spent until the date repaid.
