EXPENSE OF ENFORCEMENT. If any action, proceeding or litigation is commenced to enforce any provision of this Agreement, then the prevailing party shall be entitled to be reimbursed by the unsuccessful party for all costs incurred in connection with such action, proceeding or litigation, including a reasonable allowance for attorneys' fees and costs, which amount shall be added to and become part of the final decision in such matter.
