Common use of EXPENSE RESPONSIBILITIES Clause in Contracts

EXPENSE RESPONSIBILITIES. 2.1 TK USA will provide the services mentioned in Article 1 above through the assignment of its own personnel and the personnel of its affiliated companies, if applicable. TK USA shall bear the costs of all of its personnel and affiliates, if applicable, and all related operating expenses, including, but not limited to, salaries, benefits, facilities, and travel.
