Common use of Expenses and Benefits Clause in Contracts

Expenses and Benefits. (a) During his employment hereunder, Executive is authorized to incur reasonable and appropriate expenses related to the business of Luby's, including expenses for entertainment, travel, and similar matters. Luby's will reimburse Executive for such expenses upon presentation by Executive of such accounts and records as Luby's may from time to time reasonably require.

Luby's ’s will reimburse Executive for such reasonable and necessary expenses upon timely presentation to the Company by Executive of such accounts and records as Luby's ’s may from time to time reasonably require.
