Common use of Expenses and Benefits Clause in Contracts

Expenses and Benefits. Xxxxxxxxx is authorized to incur reasonable expenses in connection with the business of the Company, including expenses for entertainment, travel and similar matters. The Company will reimburse Xxxxxxxxx for such expenses upon presentation by Xxxxxxxxx of such accounts and records as the Company shall from time to time reasonably require.
