Expenses and Implementation of Sale. Each Member shall pay such Member’s own expenses in connection with any purchase and sale under this Section 4.7. The Selling Member shall also execute and deliver such assignments and other documents as shall be necessary to convey such Member’s Membership Interest in the Company to the purchasing Member.
