EXPENSES AND TRAVEL TIME. (16) A Distant Worker shall, for the return journey to the location of their initial engagement, receive the same time, fares and meal payments as provided in subclauses (13) and (14) of this Appendix provided that no return payments shall be made if the Distant Worker:
