Travelling Allowance. Where an employee is required to attend or conduct a clinic away from their base hospital, or attend to employer business away from their base hospital, the employer shall, wherever possible, pay all accommodation, meals and travel costs (i.e. the employee shall not be required to pay for such expenses and get reimbursed at a later date). Employees shall be entitled, with prior approval, to claim any actual and reasonable expenses incurred.
Travelling Allowance. A principal required to travel within New Zealand on official business for an absence of more than one day, including attendance at approved staff development courses, educational and sports tours, shall be reimbursed for the costs of accommodation and meals on an actual and reasonable basis.
Travelling Allowance. An employee, other than a Xx Xxx o Xx Xxxx Pounamu employee, required to travel within New Zealand on official business for an absence of more than one day, including attendance at approved staff development courses, educational and sports tours shall be paid a travelling allowance as follows:
(a) Accommodation/meals - reimbursement of costs on an actual and reasonable basis;
(b) A daily incidentals allowance of $7.36.
Travelling Allowance. 20.1 This clause should be read in conjunction with Clause 42 of the Award.
20.2 Where an employee travels on official business and accommodation is paid for directly by the employer, the employee will not be entitled to an allowance for accommodation provided under clause 42 and Schedule J of the Award.
20.3 An employee who travels on official business who pays for his/her own accommodation will be reimbursed reasonable expenses on the basis of the production of receipts for accommodation costs up to the maximum allowances provided under clause 42 and Schedule J of the Award.
20.4 All other allowances provided under clause 42 of the Award will apply as per the terms of the Award.
Travelling Allowance. An employee will be reimbursed for actual and reasonable costs involved when travelling on the Polytechnic's behalf.
Travelling Allowance. 51.01 Employees may be required by the Employer to travel to other work locations due to business demands or unforeseen circumstances. Employees requested to work or attend training at a location other than OLG Slots Woodbine and are traveling outside their normal work schedule, will be paid at the applicable rate of pay and provided with mileage or expenses in accordance with the Employer’s policies for other hourly direct gaming employees.
Travelling Allowance. AT A GLANCE
8.9.8.1 This sub-clause shall apply to employees who are required to start and/or finish at a location away from Council’s depot, workshop or other agreed starting point.
8.9.8.2 For the purposes of this sub-clause 'normal starting point' shall mean: • Council’s workshops or depots. • Council’s offices or buildings to which the employee is usually assigned. • any other agreed starting and/or finishing point.
8.9.8.3 Where more than one starting point is fixed each employee shall be attached to one starting point only. An employee may be transferred to another starting point at any time by agreement, such agreement shall not unreasonably be withheld by either party. In the event of a dispute clause 28 Workplace Issues, shall apply.
8.9.8.4 An employee who is required to commence and/or finish work at a location away from the employee's normal starting point at the normal starting and/or finishing times or is required to start or finish overtime work at a location away from the normal starting point shall be paid a travelling allowance. Where an employee works at a distance from the employee's residence greater than: 3km but not more than 10km The amount as set out in the Allowances Table More than 10km but not more than 20km The amount as set out in the Allowances Table More than 20km but not more than 33km The amount as set out in the Allowances Table More than 33km but not more than 50km The amount as set out in the Allowances Table Plus for each additional 10km in excess of 50kms The amount as set out in the Allowances Table Note: On and from 1 July 2014, an employee may be entitled to two travelling allowances on the one day.
8.9.8.5 For the purpose of this sub-clause a residence shall not be reckoned as such unless it is situated within the Council area. Where the employee resides outside the Council area, the travelling allowance is payable from the Council boundary of the Council by which they are employed.
8.9.8.6 For the purpose of this sub-clause distance shall mean the nearest trafficable route to work.
8.9.8.7 Where transport is provided by Council the conveyance shall have suitable seating accommodation and a cover to protect the employees from the weather. Explosives shall not be carried on vehicles which are used for the conveyance of employees.

Travelling Allowance. 5.1.1 Where a teacher is required by the employer to travel within New Zealand on school business the teacher is entitled to actual and reasonable travel, meal and accommodation expenses.
5.1.2 Any claim pursuant to 5.1.1 must be supported by tax invoice receipts.
