EXPENSES AND TRAVEL TIME. An employee who is required to take training at a location which is outside of his working area but leaves and returns to his place of residence on a daily basis, will be reimbursed the actual reasonable cost of noonday meal and will be paid travel time at pro rata rates for all time travelling in excess of three hours in any one day.
