Expenses; Legal Fees. Each party will pay its own expenses in the negotiation, preparation and performance of this Warrant. The prevailing party in any action relating to this Warrant will be entitled to recover, in addition to other appropriate relief, reasonable legal fees, costs and expenses incurred in such action.
