Expenses; Legal Fees. The Company shall pay, or reimburse Executive for, all administrative fees and costs, and all arbitrator’s fees and expenses incurred by Executive in connection with any Dispute arising out of or related to this Agreement. The Company shall pay, or reimburse Executive for, all expenses and reasonable attorney’s fees incurred by Executive in connection with any Dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the interpretation thereof with respect to which Executive prevails. In addition, the Company shall pay Executive’s reasonable attorney’s fees incurred in connection with negotiating and documenting this Agreement and all other agreements related to Executive’s employment by the Company.
