Expenses; Legal Fees. In connection with this Agreement or any transaction contemplated hereby, each party shall pay its respective expenses, including, but not limited to, legal, accounting, brokers’ and investment banking fees and expenses. In the event of any dispute relating to this Agreement, the non-prevailing party shall pay the expenses and costs of the prevailing party, including but not limited to legal fees and costs.
