Expenses Not Reimbursable. Except as otherwise expressly provided for in this Contract, expenses incurred by either Party in fulfilling the aforesaid responsibilities and other financial expenses incurred by the Parties on behalf of the Company shall be borne by the Company only upon approval of the Board.
