Labor Management Meetings. Section 11.1. In the interest of sound labor/management relations, the parties agree to meet at agreeable dates and times for the purpose of discussing those issues outlined herein. Normally, meetings held pursuant to this Article will occur no more frequently than once every three (3) months, unless matters of an urgent nature require immediate attention. No more than three (3) employee representatives in pay status will attend such meetings. The Employer and OAPSE may have representatives as each deems necessary to address the issues.
Section 11.2. The party requesting the meeting shall furnish an agenda and the names of the employees who will be attending, with the request for the meeting. Subjects that may be discussed at these meetings shall include but not be limited to the items listed below:
A. Discuss the administration of this Agreement.
B. Notify OAPSE of changes made by the Employer which may affect bargaining unit members.
C. Discuss grievances which have not been processed beyond the final step of the Grievance Procedure when such discussions are mutually agreed to by the parties.
D. Disseminate general information of interest to the parties.
E. Give OAPSE representatives the opportunity to share the views of its members and/or make suggestions on subjects of interest to their members.
F. Discuss ways to improve efficiency and work performance.
Section 11.3. Written responses promised by either party shall be submitted to the other party within ten (10) work days after such meeting.
Section 11.4. Labor/Management meetings are not intended to be negotiation sessions to alter or amend the basic agreement.
Section 11.5. In the event of a change of duties of a position within the bargaining unit, or in the event that a new position is created within the Library, the Employer shall determine whether the new or changed position will be included in or excluded from the bargaining unit and shall so advise the Union in writing within thirty (30) calendar days. If the Union disputes the Employer's determination of bargaining unit status, the parties shall meet in an attempt to resolve their disagreement within seven (7) calendar days from the Union notification to the Employer. If the parties agree on the determination, it shall be implemented as agreed by the Employer and the Union and a joint petition for amendment of the bargaining unit shall be filed with the State Employment Relations Board (SERB). Labor Management Meetings. Section 18.1. In the interest of sound labor/management relations, unless mutually agreed otherwise, once each quarter, on a mutually agreeable day and time, the Employer and/or his designee shall meet with not more than four (4) representatives of the FOP/OLC to discuss pending problems and to promote a more harmonious labor/management relationship.
Section 18.2. An agenda will be furnished by the party requesting the meeting at least five (5) working days in advance of the scheduled meeting with a list of the matters to be taken up in the meeting. The names of those FOP/OLC representatives who will be attending shall be furnished by the FOP/OLC representatives. The purpose of such meeting shall be to:
1. Discuss the administration of this Agreement.
2. Notify the FOP/OLC of changes made by the Employer which affect bargaining unit members of the FOP/OLC.
3. Discuss grievances which have not been processed beyond the final step of the grievance procedure when such discussions are mutually agreed to by the parties.
4. Disseminate general information of interest to the parties.
5. Discuss ways to increase productivity and improve efficiency.
6. To consider and discuss health and safety matters relating to employees.
Section 18.3. It is further agreed that if special labor/management meetings have been requested, and mutually agreed upon, they shall be convened as soon as feasible.
Labor Management Meetings. Section 1. To promote communication and problem resolution between the City and the membership of the union, the Human Resources Director, and other representatives determined appropriate by the City may meet quarterly with the Executive Officers of the Union and other representatives that would be useful to discuss or resolve current issues.
Section 2. An agenda for any meeting shall be mutually agreed upon prior to the meeting.

In the interest of sound labor/management relations, the Employer and/or designee(s) shall meet as necessary, but no more than once per month without agreement, with not more than three (3) employee representatives of the FOP to discuss pending problems and to promote a more harmonious labor/management relationship when requested.
Section 7.2. An agenda will be exchanged by the parties at least seven (7) working days in advance of the scheduled meeting with a list of matters to be taken up in the meeting and the names of those FOP representatives who will be attending. The purpose of such meeting shall be to:
A. Discuss the administration of this Agreement.
B. Notify the FOP of changes made by the Employer which affect bargaining unit members of the FOP.
C. Disseminate general information of interest to the parties.
D. Discuss ways to increase productivity and improve effectiveness.
E. To consider and discuss health and safety matters relating to employees.
Section 7.3. This Article is not intended to be a vehicle to modify or change any provisions of this Agreement.
Labor Management Meetings. The parties agree to meet upon request of either party to discuss issues concerning labor/management relations.
Labor Management Meetings. The University and Union may schedule quarterly meetings following written request by either party. Agendas shall be mutually agreed to at least five (5) business days prior to the meeting. The purpose of the meeting shall be to discuss administration of this Agreement and other related issues, excepting specific grievances as defined by this Agreement.
Labor Management Meetings. The Employer and the Union will hold Labor Management meetings monthly at mutually agreeable times and additionally as needed to discuss issues and attempt to resolve concerns that affect members of the bargaining unit. Either party may bring issues/topics to the meetings. Meetings may be cancelled by mutual agreement.
Labor Management Meetings. The Union and Board agree that periodic meetings between labor and management personnel at various levels should be conducive to constructive employee relations regarding department operations. Labor or management may request a meeting but such meetings should take place only if the time, place, and agenda are mutually agreed to in advance. Labor Management meetings shall be scheduled by the appropriate department head and the Union President. It is expressly understood that such labor/management meetings are not to be used to attempt to negotiate an alteration of the contract in effect at the time.
Labor Management Meetings. Labor-Management meetings shall be held upon the request of either party (Union Representative or Supervisor) to discuss problems and/or matters of mutual concern. Such meetings shall be convened when possible no later than five (5) workdays after the request to meet has been made. The Union will be represented by the Bargaining Committee Chairperson and the UAW International Representative. Upon mutual agreement, additional representatives may attend.
Labor Management Meetings. Section 27.1 The Chief of the Fire Department, the Administrative Chief, the Deputy Chiefs and the Assistant Chief on duty, the Human Resources Director or his/her designee, and the seven members of the Union Executive Board shall meet no less than quarterly and no more than monthly at a mutually agreeable time. Such meetings shall be scheduled at the request of either party. These Fire Department members shall normally be required to attend these meetings unless on authorized leave or if such attendance will impede the operation of the Tulsa Fire Department.
Section 27.2 The purpose of such meetings shall be to encourage and facilitate communication between the parties and to discuss matters of mutual concern including, but not limited to, pending and potential grievances; procedures for avoiding future grievances; programs for improved efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity; and other issues which would improve the relationship between the parties.
Section 27.3 Meetings will be held during regular working hours. Meetings will be held on an alternating basis on Employer's and Union’s premises without loss of pay.
