Common use of Expenses of Administrative Agent Clause in Contracts

Expenses of Administrative Agent. The Borrower shall have reimbursed the Administrative Agent for all reasonable out-of- pocket expenses of the Administrative Agent, including without limitation, all reasonable fees and expenses of its attorneys, incurred in connection with the negotiation, preparation or execution of this Amendment.
