Common use of Expenses of Agent Clause in Contracts

Expenses of Agent. 13.1 The Issuer will pay all of the expenses of the Offering and all the expenses reasonably incurred by the Agent in connection with the Offering including, without limitation, the fees and expenses of the solicitors for the Agent.

Expenses of Agent. 13.1 12.1 The Issuer will pay all of the expenses of the Offering and all the expenses reasonably incurred by the Agent in connection with the Offering including, without limitation, the fees and expenses of the solicitors for the Agent. The Issuer has advanced to the Agent $8,000 as a retainer in this regard.

Expenses of Agent. 13.1 The Issuer will pay all of the reasonable expenses of the Offering and all the expenses reasonably incurred by the Agent in connection with the Offering including, without limitation, the reasonable fees and expenses disbursements of the solicitors Agent’s Counsel. The Agent acknowledges receipt from the Issuer of $10,000 as a retainer for the Agent’s expenses in connection with the Offering.

Expenses of Agent. 13.1 The Issuer will pay all of the expenses of the Offering and all the expenses reasonably incurred by the Agent in connection with the Offering including, without limitation, due diligence expenses, travel expenses and other expenses, not to exceed $10,000, and the fees and expenses of the solicitors for the Agent, provided that such legal fees shall not exceed $50,000, exclusive of taxes and disbursements.
