Common use of Expenses of Sale Clause in Contracts

Expenses of Sale. Except as otherwise specifically set forth in this Agreement, the expenses in connection with the offer and sale of the Units shall be payable as set forth below. (a) The Dealer-Manager shall pay all expenses incident to the performance of its obligations under this Agreement, including the fees and expenses of its attorneys and accountants, even if this offering is not successfully completed. (b) You shall pay all expenses incident to the performance of your obligations under this Agreement, including the fees and expenses of your own counsel and accountants, even if this offering is not successfully completed.
